Wise words. This is so true and something I need to remind myself of constantly. Try to put some perspective on what the big things are in life vs. the small things, and let go of any stress or worry or anxiety about the insignificant. Sometimes we let these insignificant events, like experiencing bad service, or being cut off in traffic, get the better of us and we carry the stress with us throughout the day. We unnecessarily hold on to these moments of negatively and let them affect us.
Instead, take a deep breath. And let go.
