How’s Christmas decorating coming along? We brought out decorations the first weekend of December because we’re celebrating early with my Mom and Step-Dad, who are heading to Hawaii for the holidays. It was so nice to hang stockings by an actual fireplace this year! We’re hosting dinner for them tomorrow night, which will include herb pork tenderloin with red wine and blueberry sauce, roasted squash, brussels sprouts with pine nuts and raspberry ricotta mousse for dessert. All new recipes for me – keeping my fingers crossed that everything comes together nicely.
